This time, the story takes a new turn as Reacher goes undercover, posing as hired muscle for a dangerous and enigmatic figure played by the legendary Anthony Michael Hall. Richters, known for roles in Black Widow, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, and Borderlands, stands at a staggering 7’2” and weighs 330 pounds. Like the first two seasons, Reacher Season 3 is adapted from one of Lee Child’s bestselling novels. This time, the story comes from Persuader, originally published in 2009 as the seventh book in the Jack Reacher series.
Since its debut, Reacher has become one of Prime Video’s biggest hits, proving just how universally entertaining its dad-core thriller-mystery formula really is. The show has built a dedicated fan base, and Prime Video clearly knows it—perhaps that’s why Season 3’s release is being stretched out.
